Vision
Dishing UP Change envisions a world in which every person has the knowledge they need to choose foods that heal their bodies, rather than feed disease, and to have the ability to create healthy, delicious meals for themselves and their family. We empower our clients to take control of their health and future through nutritional education and plant-based cooking instruction.
What We Do
Dishing UP Change offers one on one nutritional counseling, individual and group cooking classes, hands on lifestyle modification training (including meal prep, navigating the grocery store, visiting Farmer’s Markets, and learning how to visit restaurants without standing out or making a fuss), and health coaching. Our approach to health and wellness focuses on plant-based nutrition in order to maximize flavor, nutrition, and overall well-being.
Amanda Holdiman, MScN is a nutritionist practicing in Washington and Oregon. She earned her MScN from the National University of Natural Medicine. When she is not seeing clients or teaching, she enjoys spending quality time with her pup, rescuing feral cats, cooking delicious plant-based meals, and reading.
